Training encompasses a personalized plan to meet each horses needs. No horse is the same and there is no cookie-cutter approach. Training starts and aways comes back to strong foundational horsemanship to better prepare your horse for the future no matter the discipline.

Clinics

Training

Clinics are typically 2-3 days to give horse and rider the best chance to learn or improve skills. Generally they start with groundwork and progress to riding depending on the needs of the participants.

Private $65, Semi-private $55, and Group $45, lessons are available depending on your skill set and need.

Groundwork and horsemanship are the basis of lessons keeping goals in mind. Bring your own horse or use a lesson horse!

My interest in horses came late in my life. I was so lucky to find Ellie! For over 4 years she has been teaching me the fundamentals of horsemanship and riding. Last year Ellie worked with me to find my own horse. A lot of time and energy goes into this. It is not an easy task. I couldn’t be more grateful for the time and knowledge she put into helping me find Sadie!

Sadie had some things to work through and Ellie has done a marvelous job getting her to where she is today. She has brought the very best out of Sadie.

Somewhere in Sadies past she has been traumatized while being forced into a trailer. With a great amount of patience and consistency, Ellie has been working with Sadie to get past her fears and make the decision to enter the trailer on her own. It amazes me what she can do!
